James Franke

James Franke is a Senior Vice President in the HealthCare Operations and Technology practice of Ingenix Consulting. James manages a team of roughly 300 associates, which consists of people who install and provide professional services in and around the products that Ingenix Consulting sells. Another component of the team is a broad group of management consultants that focus on operations, process and technology consulting for payers. Their expertise includes call center solutions, information management and data warehousing, health benefit product delivery, HIT strategy and integration, and business process and change management.
Prior to joining Ingenix Consulting, James held senior positions for eLoyalty, a management consulting firm. James was responsible for the overall account management and account strategy for eLoyalty’s largest account, United Healthcare, which included revenues of $25+million/year and management of 60+ professional services and managed services resources. During his time with eLoyalty, James was responsible for eLoyalty’s Marketing Managed Services line of business. This includes consulting services, e-mail services, and hosting services organizations consisting of account managers, project managers, business analysts, software architects, engineers, IT managers, DBAs, and e-mail operators.
James has spent over 16 years in management consulting and professional services, either with software or consulting companies. A large emphasis has been around customer relationship management, information management, and technology. More than half of James’s career has been spent in and around health care.

James holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Columbia Southern University.
